Clearly separate three levels
- Current state
- Photo or tour shows the property as it was taken.
- Furnishing idea
- Furniture, light or decoration are digitally supplemented and referred to as visualization.
- Structural change
- A new wall, kitchen or terrace is a possible plan that must be examined and agreed upon separately.
What a fair representation looks like
For an edited view, show the corresponding original perspective. Mark the change directly on the image or in the immediate caption. Statements about materials, dimensions and design only belong in a verified offer or in the actual documentation after completion.
