What documents on the property and building are still missing?

Have the address and, if known, the plot number ready. The cantonal geoportal provides public planning data. Questions of ownership and contracts belong with the relevant authorities.

The Lucerne geoportal combines land register plan, usage planning and ÖREB information. An address or property number helps to find the documents for the correct property.

What IMLU discusses afterwards

We look at the condition, available documents and the agreed scope. For suitable properties, IMLU pre-finances a discussed upgrade. Agreed material costs will be settled upon sale. The later sales date is not guaranteed.

Describe your property to us.

Address and a few details about the condition are sufficient for initial contact. We discuss whether a sale as is, an agreed upgrade or another option is suitable.

Allow at least one month for the improvement work. We agree on the project schedule before work begins. The time needed to sell then depends on the market.
