Cookies and browser storage
Here we explain what data is stored in the browser and when external content is loaded.
Cookies and local storage
Cookies are sent by the browser to the web server when appropriate requests are made. Local storage initially remains in the browser and is not automatically transferred with every request.
Your settings
There is currently no optional usage analysis activated on imlu.ch. The website uses the session cookie for the portal and business form as well as local settings for display mode and watch list. External maps and media are only loaded after clicking on the respective content.

The session cookie can be set on portal pages and in the business form when it is called up, for example for form protection or property preview. It is independent of the selection of external content.
Usage analysis
We currently do not load Google Analytics 4 and do not set any analysis or marketing cookies. If an optional analysis is set up in the future, it will only be loaded after an explicit selection. This page will then be updated before activation.
External maps and media
OpenStreetMap maps and, if applicable, YouTube, Vimeo or Matterport content remain blocked for the time being. A connection to the provider will only be established after you have selected the relevant content. This may use its own cookies or similar technologies. Closing an open content removes the integration; Data that has already been transmitted will not be retrieved. Further information can be found in our Privacy notice.
Delete stored data
You can delete or block cookies and website data in your browser. The display mode, watch list and portal session can be lost. If the session cookie is blocked, individual portal and business form features may not work.
